The company is registered with the Environment Agency and holds a Certificate of Registration under the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011. This registration ensures that Ace Liftaway complies with the legal requirements for waste carriers, ensuring a responsible and environmentally conscious service.

CPC Training
All Ace Liftaway drivers carry out 35 hours of periodic training every 5 years to retain their Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) to drive a lorry, bus or coach. Transport Managers also have CPC certificates of professional competence for Transport Managers in Road Haulage.
