Recycled Products

Using the recycling and grading facility we are able to produce good quality consistant recycled products. We are able to deliver loose loads from 1 to 20 tonne in various different container types. Delivery in 1 tonne bags can also be arranged, in order to keep the product contained on your site or property. Collection of all our products can be made from Yokesford Hill, Romsey.

	Ace Eco Grit Laying Paving Slabs Block Pavers Blinding off over larger stoned materials Can be blended with other sized material to create 20mm Eco Ballast and 40mm Eco Scalpings
	Ace Eco 20mm FD Bedding in ducts and water pipes Grading – levelling over areas which require shallow sub-base (ie, up to 100mm below ground level) FD denotes “Free Draining” – this means there are no fines in the product (Eco Grit)
	Ace Eco 40mm FD Deeper sub-base (ie, between 101-299mm below ground level) Walkways/paths (NB: will require rolling) FD denotes “Free Draining” – this means there are no fines in the product (Eco Grit)
	Ace Eco 75mm FD Deep fill sub-bases (ie, 300mm +, stronger with less sinkage). Drainage (in high water table area) where deep drainage required – ie, French drains FD denotes “Free Draining” – this means there are no fines in the product (Eco Grit)
	Ace Eco Base (Scalpings) Solid sub-bases, ie, drives, footpaths, slabs, shed bases and garages Blended Product : Ace 40mm + Ace Eco Grit This can be compacted at any depth but needs to put down in layers, ie, 100mm layer followed by rolling or wacker plate. Then another 100mm layer etc
	Ace Eco Ballast Fine sub-bases (firmer) conventional concrete – if cement added at ratio 6/1. NB: not for structural work – better suited as lean mix material for placing over ducting, backfilling and after excavation to avoid sinkage. Blended Product: Ace 20mm + Ace Eco Grit
	Ace Eco 6mm Recycled Soil Grass seeding Building up borders General construction landscaping Tested to BS338 Standard certificated can obtained on request
